The Department of Education (DepEd) upholds every Filipino learner’s right to quality and continuous education, even in the face of disasters and emergencies. To ensure that schools are prepared to provide access to continuous learning, consistent with the provisions of Republic Act No. 12028 (Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning Program), and DepEd Order (DO) No. 018, s. 2025 titled Implementing Guidelines for the Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) Program, the Department issues the enclosed guidelines on the Institutionalization of Edukahon: DepEd’s Standardized School Recovery Kit for Learning Continuity in Times of Emergencies and Disasters.
